    Key-in the book title or author or ISBN or keyword or item code and then click on the 'Search' button. The search engine will try to find products that have all the words

2. What should I do if the books and products I received are defective or damaged or incorrect quantities or incorrect titles?
    Kindly notify PelangiBooks.com. However, Pelangibooks.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify Pelangibooks.com in writing via email or letter of the problem
    within ten working days of the delivered goods in question.

3. What should I do if the books and products I ordered are out of stock or out of print?
    Pelangibooks.com will notify you as soon as possible and advice you of the refund process.

4. What should I do if I can't find the title I want?
    Kindly contact PelangiBooks.com customer service for enquiries.

About Orders

1. How do I place an order?
    Follow the steps below:
    Step 1 : Browse item(s) from our website.
    Step 2 : Click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add the selected item(s) into your cart.
    Step 3 : Click on the 'View Cart' button to view your cart.
    Step 4 : Click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed with the payment.
    Step 5 : Order will be process upon payment clearance.

2. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
    You will receive a confirmation email from PelangiBooks.com together with your Order Number. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

3. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
    PelangiBooks.com do not accept any cancellation of order after it has been placed.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
    Log in to your account. You can check your order under the 'Order status' section.

5. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
    You will receive an email with shipment details after your order has been shipped. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

    Payment can be made by credit cards through MolPay, which is our online payment gateway or online bank transfer or cash deposit into our Public Bank account and send

    All successful orders will receive a confirmation email that contains the details of your order. If you have not received the email, please try placing your order again. You can
    also contact PelangiBooks.com to confirm the placement of your order.

3. How do I get my refund if the title I purchase is not available?
    We will refund directly into your preferred bank account only and not into your credit card.

About Delivery

1. What is the delivery time frame?
    Delivery time is 2-7 days within Peninsular Malaysia subject to payment clearance, system error, delivery location and availability. Estimated delivery time excludes the
    48-hours order processing time. It doesn't include weekends or holidays. Products shipped to Overseas can be delayed at customs. [Check details here]

2. What should I do if I'm not around to receive the package or parcel?
    If there is no one present to receive the package or parcel, the courier service will leave a Delivery Notice for further instructions.
   Please note that the courier service will make two delivery attempts before returning your parcel or package back to Pelangibooks.com. In this case, you are required to bear
    any additional delivery costs.

3. Can I give you my PO Box address instead of my full address?
    Please note that no shipments can be made to PO Box addresses. Failure to provide a physical address will delay your shipment.

4. What are the delivery charges?

1. How do I purchase eBook?
    Just click on the 'Purchase' button. You will be directed to e-Sentral website, our partner for selling eBooks. Click '+cart' and continue browsing or 'Buy now' to proceed
    with payment.

2. Do I need to create an account to purchase?
    Yes, you need to create an account to purchase.

3. How do I read my eBook?
    Follow the steps below:
    Step 1: Download the eSentral app on Apple appstore.
    Step 2: After downloading, sign into the eSentral e-reader using your username and password.
    Step 3: Then you will enter your library.
    Step 4: Click on the Account tab at the bottom of the eSentral e-reader. All your purchased books will be displayed here.
    Step 5: Download your eBook.
    Step 6: Click on the Library tab at the bottom of the eSentral e-reader to go to your virtual library.
    Step 7: Click on the book that you want to read and start reading.

About Account

1. Do I need to register to purchase?
    No, you don't. You can make your purchase as a guest. However, it is advisable to register an account to ease future transaction and also to track your order.

2. How do I create an account?
   Click “Create an account” link at the top right of your screen. Fill in your details as requested and click on the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation email.

3. What should I do if I forget my username/password?
    Just click on the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink and key in your email address.
